Triple function units are capable of either full capacity hydronic or forced air heating or cooling at any given time as well as having a desuperheater for domestic hot water. They are available in either water (geo-exchange) or air source.
These are ideal for residential applications with a mix of hydronic and forced air heating and cooling throughout the day or year. Perhaps the most common application is for clients that require forced air cooling in the summer and hydronic heating in the winter.
